The phone as my room key also did not function correctly and we had to have keys made (easily done at the check-in kiosks). The amenities seemed nice, the location was great for walking and for making connections from the Central Station, and the area felt lively but safe."

"We would definitely stay at this hotel again, EXCEPT we would get a bigger room. There was only one small 3-legged stool to sit on and no real desk. But, here’s the good part. It had a really easy check in and check out. Our room was super quiet. The bed was comfortable. And the location can’t be beat. Directly across from the Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station) with an escalator entrance right next to the hotel. So, if there are bigger rooms with somewhere for 2 people to sit, I will book a bigger room next time."
