"We booked based on the description of the apartment having 2 beds and washer/dryer. The sofa bed would not come out at all and there was only a washer. The toilet wasn't attached to the floor and the washer leaked. When messaging regarding these, I had complete silence. Only time I heard back was when I sent check out photos."
