"Hotel was pleasant with friendly staff. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. When the elevator was out of commission they found us a nice room on the first floor and sent some complementary fruit."

Absolutely nothing to do in LibervilleThe tourist infrastructure sucks. If you’re coming here as a tourist either have something planned way in advance or only stay one night. Even if you have things planned the people may not show up or schedule may
