EVERYTHING!!! The staff, from the General Manager to the cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable in regards to anything we needed!!! The inn was very clean including the entire property. The General Manager was not afraid to get in there and get the job done including but not limited to cleaning up the outside smoking area!!! It was very refreshing to see an upper level staff member doing a job that would be for housekeeping!!!

The hotel is old, but very clean. The mattress was amazing! It was quiet and I slept like a long. The room door needs replacing. We thought the lock was broke only to find out the whole metal locking system wa destroyed. I felt safe with my two grown men roomies, but a woman alone would not appreciate it. I also didn't appreciate no room service the next day. Guess that is the new norm everywhere for "eco friendly" ,but not getting a made up bed and fresh washcloths is pitiful for the cost. Breakfast was adequate. I would stay again.

Elevator wasn’t working and the stairs by our room was locked, so we had to walk back and forth to the other end of the building. Staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was definitely appreciated.

Pool was closed , it is outdoor which i didnt realize when booking, so hot tub is also outside. Hot tub was just your normal above ground hot tub. Lady checking us in seemed nice at first. We had 4 adults, which i did put on the reservation, i went back down and asked if wencouldngetba ciuplenextra blankets, she then became kinda snarky, told me to turn the heat up. I was also told they dont keep extra blankets, i was all about running up to walmart, but she finally went and found some extra blankets. She gave me attitude as if i had an extra person staying w me, i said no, i had 4 adults on the reservation. Next, the heaternfor our room was so obnoxious, it would kick on and run then sut off for like 30 seconds and then kick back on. The whole time it was running sounded like it was gurgling w gravel..got very little sleep. A lot of things could have played out differently. I did mention the heater to the morning lady who was a lot nicer then the evening lady. Hopefully staff will b nicer to the next people and hopefully they get the heater fixed.

Decent hotel

It was overall a decent stay unfortunately I wasn’t able to fully enjoy it because I was sick with a head cold before I even got there but there wasn’t any noisy neighbors and even when a train passed I barely even heard it surprisingly.

If you are looking for friendly staff and a place to lay your head it’s perfect with Lewiston’s limited options. Easy walking to everything downtown. Have stayed there all 3 times we have gone.
