Thee days in a mountain paradise.

We had a great time here, and Leukerbad is just amazing. The staff was super nice, and we had fun and friendly interact with Isobel, e anvery nicJimmy and Nuno. The spa area is very nice and the restaurant is top notch. Highly recommended.

Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich finde jedoch, dass es kein 4-Sterne Hotel ist, sondern nur 3. Ein 4-Sterne Hotel würde etwas mehr Toilettenartikel wie Duschhaube, Watte für die Ohren etc. haben. Ausserdem fand ich jetzt im Wellnessbereich nur Hahnenwasser sehr wenig. Tee hätte man auch bereitstellen können. Es kam mir so vor, wie wenn die Besitzer gespart hätten und das während der Hochsaison. Denn irgendwie war entweder der Boiler kaputt oder sie haben tatsächlich bewusst das Wasser kühl gelassen. Meine Kollegin hatte 2 Tage ein kaltes Zimmer trotzdem sie die Heizung auf 30Grad gestellt hatte. Ausserdem musste sie das Spiegelei separat bezahlen beim Frühstück. Also das ist definitiv nicht 4-Sterne reif.

Chambre super, hôtel super, le seul inconvénient c’est que la salle de bain pas de chauffage donc c’était très froid. On a pris nos deux enfants une de 10 et un bébé de deux ans et demi Le deuxième jour on est allé à la piscine de l’hôtel mais je trouve que c’est pas adéquat pour des enfants car c’est plus un espace détente. Mais sinon le reste type top petit déjeuner super bon le personnel très agréable. Je retournerai mais pas avec des enfants.

Séjour dépaysant à Loèche les Bains

Séjour très dépaysant à Loèche les Bains. Agréable le 1er soir de pouvoir profiter des bains/spas de l'hotel. L'espace bains spa est très grand et très agréable. L'hôtel est super bien situé et procje de tout ( village, thermes, gare etc). Le petit déjeuner était bien mais pas forcément le seuil d'1 4 étoiles par contre le serveur très sympathique et avenant. J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassée à mon arrivée pour cause de travaux. Sans ce surclassement j'aurais trouvé très cher le rapport qualité prix de ce 4*. Les bassins de bains et le spa sont dignes d'un 4étoiles le reste, la déco, le mobilier, l'accueil à la réception selon moi pas.

Tolles Hotel mit gravierendem ernsthaften Problem

Das Hotel ist in zwei Gebäude aufgeteilt. Zum Baden musste der belebte Platz mit Bademantel überquert werden. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die beiden Herren des Restaurants haben uns mit ihrer aufgeweckten und fröhlichen Art den Aufenthalt versüsst. Der Wellness Bereich ist von der Grösse her passend. Jedoch gibt der Schimmel im innern des Wellness Grund zur Sorge. Im Hallend war der Schimmel omnipräsent und im restlichen Teil konnte der Schimmelgeruch sehr deutlich wahrgenommen werden. Angesprochen auf den Schimmel, wurde uns nach kurzem Zögern der Zustand bestätigt. Während der nächsten drei Wochen (Betriebsferien) soll der Schimmel beseitig werden. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und hatten eine tolle Grösse. Doch auch hier bildet sich im Badezimmer Schimmel. Der Verputz der Wände und Decken wellt, was wohl ebenfalls auf die hohe Feuchtigkeit schliessen lässt. Am Morgen tropft das über Nacht an den Fenster gebildete Kondenswasser hörbar auf den Laminat. Das Gebäude hat, soweit wir es beurteilen können, bezüglich dem Schimmel ein grosses ernsthaftes Problem, welches dringend zur Gänze beheben werden muss. Schadenum das tolle Hotel. Würden gerne wieder kommen, doch bis dahin müssen die Mängel behoben sein.

Super séjour. Très bon accueil. Chambre propre agréable et spacieuse. Spa accessible à toute la famille. Très apprécié alors que les bains publics étaient fermés cause de COVID. En revanche, 17.- par soir pour une enfant de 4 ans qui mange 2 feuilles de salade et une tranche de pain, je trouve que sur la semaine, ça fait beaucoup... Seul bémol venu ternir un peu la fin du séjour.

Un super hôtel. Bien situé au centre de loesch les bains. Parking à 5min à pied. Parking public tarif spécial avec l'hôtel. Repas du soir super bien. Buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont très spacieux et moderne.
