"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The attached spa and outdoor bar/pool were great. Unfortunately the soundproofing in our room wasn't very good. Noise from the road, nextdoor room, and surrounding properties was very loud. The road is not suitable for walking into Massa or Sorrento safely and so you will need to take the bus or drive. "

"The pool water was extremely cold, wish they would’ve of heated it since we were there in the end of April. The Spa always had women sitting around & when I would try to book an appointment, they always said there were no openings. Very disappointed "

"We had the most wonderful 10 days here. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Anna, Fabio and the reception team were brilliant with travel advice and arranging visits to various attractions. Gennaro and the restaurant team had the amazing talent of making you feel like you were the only people they were looking after. So friendly and full of great tips on places to visit. And the food was incredible, so huge compliments to the chef as well. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Overnight stay prior to early morning flight. There is no airport shuttle however there were several guests checking out as early as 3:30 AM in the hotel was calling a cab for each of these guests. Parking was 17 euros and convenient."

You can walk down to the town but it’s hard to climb back up. There is no sidewalk and the road is busy with buses, cars, motorcycles, etc. That is Amalfi so do your research. "A nice hotel in a rough neighbourhood. The hotel does offer peace of mind in an area of Naples that is not the best. The hotel has a restaurant which provides breakfast (free if selected) and dinner at reasonable prices. The food was not too bad, breakfast was reasonable with a selection of pastries, eggs, bacon, musli and fruit. Wifi is provided, occasionally it would drop out and you would need to log in again everyday. The rooms are not sound proof which was a bit of a let down mainly because...

"The hotel and grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are well-appointed. The restaurants and bars on site make for a comfortable, convenient experience. The only drawback is the distance to the Sorrento city center, requiring a taxi back and forth. "
