Castle 'Château Les Forges' with Shared Pool,Tennis and Golf courts

The "Les Forges" chateau features a main building and annexes with 28 apartments. The owners come from all over the world, including Australia, the UK, France, the Netherlands, and the U.S. The castle is set within an 8-hectare garden and offers a swimming pool and 2 tennis courts. In front of the castle entrance is a 27-hole golf course.



The apartment (70 m²) has a spacious living room (36 m²), a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, and 2 terraces. There is a small kitchen with a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator, and an oven/microwave. Additional amenities include a TV with a DVD player and a golf set. The bedroom has a double bed, and there is a single folding bed available for the living room or bedroom. The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and features high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, heating throughout the living room, bedroom, and bathroom, and a fan for warmer days. A grill/barbecue is available for private use, and shared facilities include a washing machine, clothes dryer, and on-site parking. Self check-in is provided for your convenience. Pets are welcome (1 pet, available for an extra fee). Please note that events are not allowed on the property.



The castle is 30 km from Poitiers and 852 km from Utrecht. La Rochelle, Île de Ré, Niort, Cognac, and Royan can be reached quickly. Bordeaux and Orleans are a little further. The TGV has a stop in Poitiers and travels to Paris Montparnasse in less than an hour and a half.
