Once an iconic hotel in the village, Arpian has been completely reimagined to offer a unique experience for families and groups of friends seeking authentic moments. Located just 5 minutes from the heart of Valmorel, this 450 m² chalet blends timeless charm with modern comfort in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Designed to accommodate multiple families or groups of friends, the chalet features three independent sleeping areas, each with its own dedicated bedrooms and bathrooms. This layout allows everyone to enjoy their own private space while also sharing spacious communal areas designed for gathering.

At the heart of the chalet, a vast 100 m² communal living area invites guests to come together and share. It includes a 75 m² living room with a carved wooden bar—a nod to the chalet’s history—and a large adjoining kitchen of 25 m², fully equipped for preparing and enjoying meals together.

On the first floor, the first sleeping area for 8 people includes 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with an additional pull-out bed for 2 people, and 3 bathrooms—ideal for a first group or a family with young children. On the same floor, the second sleeping area for 4 people features 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms.

On the second floor, the third sleeping area for 15 people includes 3 double bedrooms, 2 dormitories (one with 4 single beds and the other with 1 bunk bed + 3 single beds), and 5 bathrooms—perfect for accommodating another part of the group or for creating a kids/teens space with complete autonomy.

These configurations allow everyone to enjoy total independence while still sharing the communal areas at their own pace.

Entertainment is not left out: a 40 m² family room awaits young and old alike with a giant screen, a retro arcade machine, a Wii, a foosball table, a bar area, and a karaoke corner with disco lights for unforgettable evenings.

A ski room with boot warmers is also available for your comfort.

A tailored welcome for a smooth stay

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our local concierge, who will show you around the chalet and share all the useful information you’ll need about both the property and Valmorel ski resort.

Throughout your stay, a digital welcome booklet is at your disposal. It includes all the practical information (how to use the equipment: home cinema, Nordic bath, ski room, etc.) as well as our top local recommendations—restaurants, walks, shops, activities, and more.

For parking, comfort is also ensured: you have 3 to 4 private spaces right in front of the chalet, as well as two free public car parks less than 50 meters away, making it easy to accommodate your whole group.

And to get to the center of Valmorel, a free shuttle passes 50 meters from the chalet, running regularly from 8 a.m. to midnight. It takes you to the bustling Rue du Bourg and the heart of the resort—perfect for skiing, shopping, or a night out with friends.
