"At time of check-in it was about a 10 minute wait - got right to the counter and was provided with the keys to the room - was given directions to the room - was given directions on a "shuttle" to the concert we were attending. Rode the shuttle to the concert and back - it was fun! The shower in our room was excellent power flow - they provided shampoo, conditioner and soap - overall, it was a really nice visit and everything flowed in the right direction. I would refer friends and family to stay here with no problems. I did not visit the casino but did enjoy dinner at the "Hop House" - it was great as well. So convenient - everything is right under one roof. Checking out was the easiest as well - they have a Key Drop Box - very easy! - Positively the best choice to stay at Hollywood Casino! I recommend this place to everyone!"
