"Everything was good except you have to dial the tel or WhatsApp for many small things (e.g. door couldn't be locked easily and locker change)."

"Bilbao City abba Suites offered an excellent stay. It's centrally located, clean, quiet, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. It's close to the funicular, the museums, the riverside, and several markets. It's a more residential area of the city, so it felt more like 'living locally' than being a tourist."

"It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved. There’s also construction work outside of the...

"Compact, comfortable, industrial chic apartment in quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the old town. Secure parking option very useful."

"BEWARE: Listing misrepresents the property. August 2026: No air conditioning, no parking on site, and no HOT WATER in the apartment. This is simply not a luxury apartment. Host was very slow to respond at check-in and ignored any issues communicated with the property. The cafe where key pickup occurs does not know the unit number. We had to ask locals in the building to help us narrow it down, just to get inside. The only accurate part of this listing is the location, which is in the heart...

"First and most wonderful and helpful staff, everyone making the best of the experience; location is one of a kind, just next to everything. The unit was comfortable to the best, neatly clean, fully equipoed, and Bilbao it’s a gastronomic and ambience best experience. Will definitely return"
