My stay was nice, the staff was kind and professional, they granted all my requests easly. The room was clean and cozy but somewhat crowded with the furniture design and a fridge and a water heater is needed in the room. Overall it was a nice stay.

Nice hotel to stay at before flight home

Check-in was friendly and the room we got was a family room with an actual bedroom. It was spacious and clean. The hotel had an elevator which was very nice since we didn't have to lug our luggage up flights of stairs. Unfortunately we didnt stay for breakfast since our flight was super early. Great stay!

Upon checking in with two other guests, there were several issues that made two of our three rooms unusable. When trying to address these issues with the front desk staff, we were rudely brushed aside. We were forced to re-book at another hotel (H2) at our own expense and both the property and Expedia have been unwilling to address the issue. Issues that the staff would not address: Bathroom lighting did not work (unable to see) Rooms were 80F and HVAC not functioning Stains and dirt on multiple things in the room including bedding. Wifi not functional Power outlets not functioning in one of the rooms

Check In à 15h, pas avant. Même qu’à 15h30, ils n’étaient pas certain que le chambre serait prête. Machine à glace brisée, aucune glace dans les épicerie près. Je n’y retournerais pas. Ce n’était qu’un arrêt pour dormir entre Francfort et Berlin.

Die Erfahrung vom Hotel

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen ein angenehmes Zimmer in recht ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung und wir würden auch definitiv wieder kommen. Auch die Lage vom Hotel ist recht angenehm.
