I’ve stayed at this hotel for six days. The hotel itself is ok, the staff is very friendly. There is a terrace on the first floor where you have a beer being technically in a village with fresh air. It is positioned as a hotel nearby Messe in its name but it is not so nearby so if you are coming by car then yes, but if not then be ready to walk to Messe even if you take a train you still need to get to the train station.

About what you can expect from a 3 star hotel in Germany: average hotel with employees that don't speak or don't want to speak English. The bed was comfortable so we got a good night's sleep. The only problem we had with it was that the room smelled like someone smoked cigarettes in it every day for the past 20 years. Won't book this hotel again.

The front desk clerk was not interested in new guests, when asked if there was a restaurant around for dinner we were handed a paper with 3 restaurant options so we ordered a pizza and ate in the room. There was a construction going on so the bar also was closed.. the next morning at breakfast, bread, meat and cheese dish were empty, just 1 woman was running the entire restaurant so she was working like crazy but just couldnt keep up. All together not a great experiance, just for 1 night though so …. Would not recomend this and wont go back for sure

Ved ankomst var reservationen ikke gået igennem selvom jeg havde en kvittering på opholdet. Om det er hotellet eller hotels.com der var årsagen ved jeg ikke. Receptionisten hjalp os meget fint og vi fik værelset selvom det tog en rum tid. Vi var fire på et værelse på øverste etage. Elevatoren var gået i stykker og værelset var varmere end luften udenfor. Der stod en lille blæser på værelset. Vi åbnede alle vinduer og havde blæseren kørende hele natten - men det hjalp næsten ikke. Deres restaurant er lukket og der er ikke aftenservering. Deres morgenmad ligger i kælderen og har et glimrende udvalg i en morgenmadsbuffet.

Unser Aufenthalt mit Enkelkindern war sehr angenehm. Vor allem das Personal war sehr bemüht, Wünschen nach zu kommen (Bringen von 2. Bettdecke für jedes Bett, sowie noch Kissen und Duschtücher). Auch war man uns behilflich beim Versenden eines vergessenen Artikels. Die Kinder, auch wir haben uns über den Service des Personals gefreut. Vielen Dank 😘

Zum Schlafen ok. Frühstück um 9:00 war ‚Full House‘. Man mußte warten. Frühstück war gut. Ab 10:00 war das Internet nicht mehr verfügbar. Damit wird man zuverlässig ‚rausgeworfen‘
