"The hotel staff were extremely professional and accommodating. The room was comfy for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, there was very little available especially hot,maybe we could have asked but the kitchen staff were not very approachable. We also asked to order a takeaway pizza from the hotels adjacent menu,we were given a menu then after 10 minutes of no further service gave in."

"What an amazing hotel. I was staying in the area for work, but the hotel made it feel like a holiday! The decor was beautiful and characterful. Apart from a neighbouring guest with a very loud TV late at night, the hotel was very peaceful. My room was stunning and with an amazing view from the balcony. The facilities were clean and the shower was excellent. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and I also enjoyed 2 evening meals during my stay, both of which were really good. The real surprise was the spa and fitness area. So much variety and so well maintained. On both evenings I enjoyed spending time on the 'hanging beds' in the quiet room, in front of an open window, taking in the Austrian scenery. Oh... and there were cats... several of them living outside, but just as welcoming! I will definitely return."

"Hotel itself is a bit tired and needs a bit of an upgrade but still quite comfortable. Comfy bed, free wi-fi and mini bar. Lovely, helpful and friendly stuff... spoke English well. Free parking in the underground below hotel. Overall very enjoyable stay. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on it."
