"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

"Für ein Low-Budget-Hotel wirklich überraschend gut! Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war praktisch und man konnte vieles schnell erreichen. Natürlich darf man bei dem Preis keinen Luxus erwarten, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder eine günstige Reise. Würde ich wieder buchen."

"A fabulous hotel close to Ostend Railway station. Lovely spacious rooms with a seperate wc and a bathroom/shower room. I even had a balcony. The room had a Nespresso machine and a kettle. There was a room safe and an iron and ironing board in the room. There was a large TV with an extensive choice of channels. Also a Roberts radio. There was a fridge in the room and they had complimentary water. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with plenty of choice. There was a large bar as well with...

"No. Do not stay at this hotel. There was mold in our room and we told them. They did not take care of it so we left. Cleanliness is definitely an issue here which they need to address. "
