The room wasn’t clean. They didn’t sweep the floor. I had to mention it to the front desk. The TV has only two English channels at best. The room AC was always on 20 degrees no matter how many times I changed it. Some of the stuff in the restaurant weren’t very nice but some others were very helpful and nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the lake. A special thank you to the staff, who were so sweet and accommodating throughout our visit. A couple of small things that could be improved for a 4-star experience: the AC system felt a bit dated and was difficult to adjust for comfort. Additionally, we found the breakfast selection to be a bit disappointing compared to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Overall, we loved our time here and would certainly stay again!

Excellent location: short walk into town, about 10 minutes from the train station, and overlooks the River Adda. Staff extremely helpful, rooms are clean and well-equipped, breakfast was good. I was very happy with my stay there.
