Amazing location for walking to restaurants and local shops was fun every night. The hotel staff was warm & friendly and very accommodating. Executive suite was beautiful, though I wish the bed pillows were a better quality and TV had English language option. We enjoyed the nightly treats and note left in the room and the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend! Ciao

A wonderful hotel in a great location within the historic old town. The building is full of character, and the rooms are truly unique and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel in Lecce old town. Previously was a monastery. Gorgeous internal courtyard and beautiful spa. Pristine clean and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel.

One of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at. From check-in onwards, the staff was AMAZING – it was hard to leave as they felt like friends, and always had a smile on their faces. The room was gorgeous with a nice shower and great A/C. The breakfast was also wonderful. Would 100% stay here again, and would go out of my way to experience their hospitality.

Nice location at the Rudiae gates, a sleeper of a hotel as there is no signage except on the glass doors. Friendly staff convenient location next to all the action in Lecce. Was worried about the parking but was able to park on a safe street about 2 blocks from the hotel and the manager helped us with the easy park app. The car was fine and we paid about 6 euros a day to leave it there. Otherwise clean large rooms with a beautiful large indoor hot tub and sauna which was nice after a day at beach and walking Lecce. Breakfast was very good don’t forget to order off the menu. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful with making dinner reservations and advice on the city.

Our stay at Palazzo Sant’Anna was made truly special by the extraordinary kindness and hospitality of the entire team. From the moment we arrived, Daunia, Matteo and Alessandro welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. It was far more than simply a hotel welcome — from the very beginning, we felt sincerely cared for. A very special mention must go to Daunia, the General Manager. She took the time to understand what would make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and then went far beyond anything we could reasonably have expected to ensure my wife and I had a wonderful experience in Lecce. What impressed us most was not simply what she did, but how she did it — with incredible warmth, generosity and genuine care. It felt personal, and it meant an enormous amount to us. Alessandro and Matteo were also fantastic, always warm, attentive and ready to help, and that wonderful hospitality continued throughout our stay. Palazzo Sant’Anna is beautiful, but what we will remember most are the people. Genuine hospitality comes from the heart, and Daunia and her team have it in abundance. Thank you, Daunia, Alessandro and Matteo. You made our time in Lecce truly special. We would return without hesitation.
