"The room had clean sheets but the top throw had holes in it and didn’t look that clean. The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. The toilet that was working had a very dirty floor and there was no sink or soap anywhere to was your hands. I decided that showering was not an option as that was dirty too. "We arrived just after 10pm, and were warmly welcomed by the staff on duty. We did have some issues with the key card, but they were swiftly resolved. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything you might expect for a family of 4. It was lovely to have air conditioning again after struggling in the heat :-) The staff were super helpful in the morning despite us not having breakfast with them, and happily refilled water bottles before wishing us a pleasant onward journey. We would definitely stay there again"

"We had an overnight stay here on our way back to Calais. Electric car charging point available, although only 1 so we were lucky to get it! Slow charging so ideal as we left it overnight to be fully charged. Beautiful setting right on the Seine. We had a standard room which was perfectly good for 1 night: air con, big walk in shower, tea and coffee facilities (though take English tea bags if you like English tea!). We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and the staff were lovely. Breakfast the next day was delicious. Very good value and we would def stay here again if on our way to Calais."

"What a charming hotel. The amenities were top notch and the view absolutely stunning. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. The air conditioner wasn’t great, and that’s something I find to be a necessity when traveling, but thankfully I’d brought a mini fan, so it worked out well enough. The WiFi was terrible, but it seemed to be down throughout the region, so there was nothing to be done. (My husband works when we travel, so a strong internet connection really is a necessity. We used our mobile hotspot and made due.) Overall the whole experience was clean, charming, and absolutely unbeatable in terms of amenities and the view. Would absolutely stay again."

"This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful town. Breakfast was good, as well, and reasonably priced. Parking was ample and free (yay!). Our only complaint was that our room had the strangest feature - there is a window (with an integrated mirror) from the bedroom into the only bathroom. That meant anyone using the bathroom (and there were 4 of us in the room) was in full view of anyone in the bedroom. I'm sure this is great for voyeurs, not so much for families traveling with adult children."

"This was a perfect stop for our first evening in France! Charming look huge rooms nice staff. We did not partake in the breakfast due to jet lag. However, we did eat at their restaurant and it was fabulous! Pierre and his staff served us some of the best white asparagus I’ve tasted in my life you think a hotel restaurant would have a limited menu, but not here! They have menu options and various selections all were delicious. Let’s talk wine! Multiple options there as well. Once the weather breaks in a few weeks dining alfresco will make things even more wonderful we would certainly return."
