"Easy access to Geneva Airport, and a 5min walking distance to trams to the city in 15mins or so. Free shuttle to the airport every 20mins everyday. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good."

"This hotel is excellent in every way. It is beautiful, clean, everything is first class! A tram stop is right in front of hotel! I’m not used to riding trams, but the staff here at the hotel gave me complete directions and a map! I just successfully got to my destination and returned to the hotel! Wonderful restaurants are near by. I highly recommend!"

"Room was clean but had a smell of sweat which was not pleasant. I had to keep the window open at all time. Bathrobe is not readily available only upon request. I waited a few hours for one (actually called to remind them) then the cleaner took it even though I hanged it.. and had to request a second one, unnecessarily work. Other things worked well.
