They’re all incredibly attentive, polite and welcoming The hotel grounds are pristine and always kept that way - so much to do at both hotels (palace/turquoise) The buffet is very varied and there’s so many options every night. 11/10 would recommend to anyone

Beautiful hotel in Le Morne. Building is new and in very good condition. The staff was amazing every time, from checkin to breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service. Pools are nice and there are plenty of sunbeds around, in case the ocean is not welcoming. Food was very good, with plenty of choices. The RIU app is not the best, but that’s not something this hotel can fix.

Just the right amount of chill and optional activities. Only just over an hour from the airport. Beautiful sightseeing nearby and watersports. Very attentive staff. Great food and drink selection. Adults only was so worth it but still access to Turquoise hotel if needed. We didn't upgrade our room/view or pay for Elite but it was still lovely. Beach on the doorstep.
