Lou Estrella - Appt 4p avec piscine, proche plage
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Le Lavandou, this charming 28 m² flat with swimming pool which is located at 600m from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
- A 15 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, iron.
Outside:
- A 12 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
Communal areas :
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from 1 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence).
The flat is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, numbered outdoor parking space.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Hyères, 25 km away (about 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères 25 km (about 30 minutes by car)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
