Waterfront views and can hear the waves in the room. The club downstairs does play bass music till 2 am but level is bearable. Not an issue for me. Very convenient to get to grocery stores and eateries in the neighborhood about 3 blocks away. Love my stay

Left early 5am in the morning. Staff was available and helped to put baggage in rented car. Extremely helpful.
