Commode was stopped up on arrival and the heat had not been turned on since last winter. When we did turn on the heat, the smoke and smell was awful and immediately set the smoke alarm off. Staff was helpful bringing a plunger for the commode and helped to clear the smoke out of our room. Good stay followed. Breakfast was great !

Great hotel! Great customer service.

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The front desk lady even offered a roll away bed for my son. The breakfast had lots of choices and the lady working it was so sweet. We will definitely stay there again.
