Awesome spot to stay, very friendly staff, the room was spotlessly clean, comfy bed, warm room, and very very quiet, it was magic! Very close to the city so easy walk down into the city. Oh and meet the friendly dachshunds they were beautiful. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back👍

The most amazing property, great room, clean & spacious. Great bed, slept like babies. The owners Linda & Andrea were fabulous. Warm welcoming & gave great advice for the area. We would definitely like to return if we visit the Southern Hemisphere again.

Linda and Andre were the most hospitable hosts providing a wealth of information we would have never known if we’d stayed elsewhere. Their place was absolutely gorgeous and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Everything we needed was there and thought of adding extra touches as well. We would highly recommend staying here

Absolutely fabulous

Exceptional place to stay in Launceston. Beautiful room. Spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Amazing hosts. So helpful with great suggestions of things to see as well as restaurant recommendations. Fantastic breakfast. Will definitely return someday.
