The manager told us they “forgot” to change the settings. It was in the 20’s and the house needs storm windows. The windows leak badly! We finally called for help and still could not get it to stay warm at night. Each room needs an available supply of blankets. I did not know that one room had all of the blankets in it. Another...

"Our stay at the Luxe at Abbey Villa was terrific. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. We were not expecting the pool to be completely under construction, which made for some very loud noise throughout one of the days, but Candace from Geneva Lakes Vacations was on it and so very helpful.
