"Tuve una muy buena experiencia en el hotel Hampton by Hilton Montevideo Carrasco. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y modernas. El personal fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta. El desayuno estuvo muy completo, con varias opciones frescas y de buena calidad. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del aeropuerto y con fácil acceso a distintas zonas de la ciudad, lo que hizo mi estadía muy conveniente. Destaco especialmente la limpieza, la tranquilidad del lugar y el excelente servicio recibido durante toda mi visita. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a quienes busquen comodidad, buena atención y una excelente relación calidad-precio. ¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por hacer mi estadía y la de mi familia tan agradable!"

"I have never reviewed any hotel....but had to share some pictures and thoughts on this one. From the outside, the property looks nice. From the inside, this is nowhere near a four star hotel. There were cracks in the tiles in the bathroom and the sink. There were obvious paint stains left on the mirror in the bathroom. There were no outlets near the bed to charge devices. Save your money and stay at the Ibis across the street. At most, this hotel should be a three star and I'd even question that."

"We were informed that the air-conditioning temperature can only be controlled by the front desk staff. However, even when the temperature is adjusted, the unit inside the room does not switch to cooling because the outdoor unit is operating in heating mode. If the room becomes too warm, it cannot be cooled, as the system is currently set to heating only."
