This hotel deserves a 10. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and the pool and garden are well maintained. The do need to repair the parking as it has a lot of puddles, but not extremely bad. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was hot and plentiful. The train passes by during the night 2 times, you can hear the horn at 1 and 3 am. Highly recommended

Our room was comfortable and quiet, except for the mini split. The unit was somewhat noisy when it periodically ran during the night. However the cooling was needed because the Las Cruces weather is getting hotter. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast was well above average with a few hot items. Overall we’d stay here again with no hesitation.
