If you're a nature lover, then this hotel would be the most wonderful place to stay in. What a view on the Alps, with fresh air and very friendly staff. I definitely recommend the hotel

Just an amazing place for a vacation and getaway to get a true mountain Swiss countryside feeling. The staff friendliness and hotel amenities are a class above what you will find anywhere. Pristine…my wife fell in love with the place and we want to travel back when possible. Brought back sweet memories from 30years ago when I spent time near Lenzerheide in Parpan.

Excellent breakfadt continental and cooked scrambled eggs and bacon Gluten free available on request. Easy parking and amazing room with stove and fridge. We were in the annex building across the road. Lock up garage parking spa open till 8pm.

The hotel has been build recently. Investments were made in excellent materials and design. Real value for money, much better than many other hotels in the same price range that offer faded glory from the last century and dirt and dust that is probably just as old. In Sarain no moldy plastic shower curtain or a cabin that is much too cramped, but a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower of good dimensions.

Venlig indtjekning men resten af personalet var ikke særligt behageligt. Faciliteterne er spredt ud over et stort område og på begge sider af vejen - ønsker man at benytte spa, bliver man f.eks. bedt om at gå rundt i området udendørs i badekåbe. Sengene er rigtig gode - men badeværelserne lugter voldsomt af kloak. Morgenmad var to slags brød, lidt ost og pålæg, røræg, bacon, automatkaffe og youghurt i plasticbægre til 250kr pr kuvert. Vi kommer ikke tilbage.
