"Ich durfte meinen Geburtstag am steinhuder Meer verbringen. Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft gefunden. Die Vermieterin Saskia empfing uns sehr herzlich am Hoftor. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein. Meine Hunde haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt, da sie auf dem umzäunten Grundstück sich frei bewegen konnten. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und wir sind gestärkt in den Tag gestartet. Alles war fußläufig schnell erreichbar, die Strandpromenade ist super schön. Auch die Natur rund um den See ist sehenswert. Herzlichen Dank für dieses schöne Wochenende geht an Saskia und Familie. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Clean, comfortable room and bed, although small. Had everything I needed and was quiet. The digital entry system is a bit cumbersome via a website, but works. "

"Hotel was lovely and clean / breakfast and the restaurant serve very good food highly recommended. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are very professional. The surrounding area is quiet but nice and within easy reach of Hannover Centre. My only comment is the the single business rooms are not so in keeping with the rest of the hotel and need some updating. However rooms are clean and functional. If i were to stay again i would go for a double room to get a bigger bed."

"We checked in and out with a real person which was welcoming. The hotel was clean and efficient in a great area with lots of local shops and cafes and bars to get food, with fantastic transport links and easy access to the Eilenriede wooded pathways where you can walk/cycle from one end of the city to the other. We chose the hotel to be near to friends in the area. If you arrive much after midnight either on arrival or after an evening out, then you have to ring the doorbell to be let in. We were pleased there was some security but felt that this could be done better as it wasn’t always clear that the bell had rung and sometimes the staff were slow to respond. Breakfast was a large array of hot and cold savoury and sweet buffet style. All nicely presented. Bedrooms were well proportioned with excellent storage, the option of a minibar fridge (buy in contents) and options of other hotel facilities. Large screen tv. We had a twin room and I found the bed a bit firm for my liking and the bedding felt a bit over-starched or rough. But it was comfortable enough. We also had a window which opened on a security latch as well as air-conditioning though couldn’t cool the room below 18 degrees at night. Bathroom had a lovely rainfall shower with alternative flexible showerhead. All was clean. All information regarding hotel was found on TV menu so it lacked the personal touch a bit as we weren’t told anything more about the facilities in person apart from breakfast. Lovely hotel."

"The WiFi was absolutely pathetic. No smart TV Not even YouTube on TV. Cannot even watch stuff on iPad because WiFi so terrible. The hotel was nice. The shower flooded bathroom. Other than that good. Good location. U BAhn outside hotel. Quiet. Gym brilliant. Didn't do sauna. Pillows awful sleeping on my arm. Very good hotel apart from my disses and complaining "
