This property was wonderful! Staff were extremely kind and helpful. We arrived a bit early and they managed to get us into our rooms a bit earlier. We had adjoining rooms that were clean, comfortable and lots of room! It was great for the price too! The hotel is in a nice area, near shops, etc. and not a far drive from the Renaissance Faire, which is why we were staying there. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

The property itself was well maintained and most of all, very clean. Our only complaint is that the coffee was almost like brown colored water. If it weren’t for that, it would be perfect.

We have stayed at this hotel when it was under different ownership. The upgrades were very nice, & the staff very helpful. Our room was quiet. The cold breakfast was a disappointment, as we previously enjoyed hot choices. We personally prefer a firm mattress & firm pillows. The bed was very soft & creaked loudly. Pillows were too soft.
