The location is great and the property is very pretty, clean, and the staff is friendly. Took off a star for a few things - the rooms have no microwave, you have to go all the way to the lobby to use a communal microwave and there are no full length mirrors in the rooms, just the mirror in the bathroom. For a higher end hotel with higher prices, these things should really be in each room.

The elevator from the parking garage was down the entire weekend. That needs to be repaired. Too hard walking up and down the stairs with luggage. Breakfast Buffet was delicious. Problem with the AC in the room. Called the front desk and they came up within 10 minutes and took care of the problem.

The hotel was very nice, very clean, and staff were friendly. However, we were in the east tower in room 663. We were just above a rooftop bar. Lancaster was hopping on the saturday night whcich we though was great. However it became very clear quickly that it wasnt. This was the noisiest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. We were six flights up and I could hear conversations of people on the street, all of the bar noise, all of the street noise (including all of the loud trucks and motorcycles). It was as if there were only single paned windows. We had a suite and were paying $700 a night. I didnt mention anything until check out becuase what was the staff going to do about the noise on the street or in the bar. However, shame on Marriot for not properly sound dampening/proofing their windows/walls, etc. Not worth the price for only 2 hour of sleep.

The location of the hotel is great. I think it is overpriced for what you get. The beds weren’t very comfortable. Our double bed sloped to the middle. The room had no extra amenities. It wasn’t worth $500.
