Good location; very economical; comfortable. A lack of tea and coffee in the room (the chamomile tea was welcome after the long drive). The wifi firewall blocked a few pages I would have liked to access (silly games - but online video streaming worked). I didn't take breakfast, but the offer was very welcome. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Krishna Eci Farm

We didn’t see as much as we would have liked if the community and its ethos as we had to leave before breakfast. Good welcome by monk. We still need to be reimbursed for £19.59 charged as deposit by hotel.com.

As we were not sent a key code, we could not access our room when we arrived. We spent nearly 2 hours trying to get hold of someone but the help number just went to answerphone. There was no back up and no one on site could help. We almost left. We are older disabled people, we needed facilities and rest. We were very frustrated. We were offered one night's refund. The room was clean but basic, and there could have been better nearby parking- we moved bins to park closer to the room.
