"It was an extremely disappointing stay. We were 3 families stayed around the new year. Firstly, the property is in a very isolated place and getting there is incredibly hard..for last 1km stretch leading upto the property , there is no road at all and only one vehicle can pass through .if in the opposite direction , another vehicle is coming through , one of them have to take a reverse and reach the starting point ..terrible Food..breakfast had very limited options and not exciting at all for...

"I had booked a superior room with mountain view but I was given a ground floor room which just opened out to some villas...no mountain in sight. "Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us.
