"They were so accommodating! I arrived early in the day and was in town for a funeral, they let me check in at 9 am as I took a red eye and was exhausted! They shuttled me to and from the airport, no problem! Thank you!"

"No hot tub. It was out of order. "Arcade" machines were very very poor. No way to even move the toys, coin slots jammed so you couldnt use quarters. No pool towels available all weekend."

Hotel comped our parking, but I would have preferred to know about the pool closure so I could look for a different hotel. "
