"Great value and very responsive host"

"House was very clean and welcoming. The outside patio area is delightful. Loved the list of recommendations for restaurants & we enjoyed the board games. Parking is tight, only enough room for 1 car. Bed nor pull out were very comfy.There were 2 issues, I’m not sure either was fault of owner but does keep me from leaving 5 stars. I would leave 4.5 if I could. 1- I did not receive any check in info & finally reached out to owner about 3pm. We heard back about an hour later & explained the message...

"If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...
