With two living areas, both featuring cozy fireplaces and stunning lakefront views, you'll feel at home the moment you step in. This house is perfect for entertaining with two open decks overlooking the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. There are three bedrooms with one being a bunk room, perfect to accommodate the young ones in your group. Recent updates provide modern comfort and a beautifully renovated kitchen with new countertops. Take a short walk to the large 2-well dock (slips are 14'x36' and 10'x28) with a waterslide and diving board! This is the lake getaway of your dreams! This lakefront home is perfect for those who appreciate quality living in a laid-back setting. This house is located very close to the historic Bagnell Dam Strip area, just minutes to Baxter’s and JB Hooks Restaurants, favorite golf courses, and many other lake area attractions. Please note: This house is monitored by external cameras. This house is NOT a good choice for party groups! You can park 2 cars in the driveway (1 in front of the garage and the other on the side of the garage) and another one or two in the garage. Trailer parking 1.5 miles from the house (small nightly fee).
