"The location of the property is great. Staff were friendly. Overall the property looked cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately our room had water sitting around the sink. It looked like the was a water leak from the upper room. It also had a very noisy A.C. Unit Other than that, we were very pleased with the place."

"Room was fabulous. Suite was perfect for our three person party. Everything was clean, fridge available, shower and tub separate, comfortable couch. It's a big property so you have to be prepared to walk. Staff was extremely helpful. Lots of restaurants and bars on-site but everything is a bit pricey. "We booked Mandalay Bay… didn’t realize we were staying at the “W” which is an offshoot connected on the other side of Mandalay bay. I found this out when we had difficulties upon check-in and our key cards wouldn’t work on the elevators. So after trying that multiple times I had to go stand back in the long check-in line because no one could help me and wait another 20 minutes for the front desk to find out we were in the “W tower” basically a half mile away. The room was nice, but didn’t care...

"My girlfriend and I recently stayed a week at the Luxor Las Vegas in a tower room, which I would recommend. The room was spacious, modern, and quieter than expected. While it is a longer walk from the casino floor and amenities, the comfort made it worthwhile. Elevator access was excellent. Despite heavy foot traffic, we rarely waited more than a minute in either tower, which was a big plus compared to other Strip resorts. Food and beverage options were fairly limited, and we found quality...

"The only complaint I have is the original room assigned to us on the 55th floor smelled like there had just been a weed-fest. The room physically looked like it had been attended to but the smell was horrible. For a person who doesn't indulge, there is no way that you could close your eyes and get a good night's sleep. We were offered to have someone come and spray the room but I really don't think spraying Lysol would solve the problem. Eventually we were moved to an entirely different floor....

"This hotel put me off staying at Hiltons forever. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, specifically those working the front desk (Sophia) and the general manager (Travis). We weren’t able to check in until 5pm (despite check-in being at 4pm, which is already late enough). The common areas and lobby are clean enough, but the rooms are extremely dirty. The pull out mattress had dark brown stains all over it, the couch was old and ratty, and the kitchen glasses and plates were disgusting....

"The water pressure in the shower was very poor and the water was luke warm if that. There was hair in all corners of the bathroom floor. The fridge would not get cold. And the room temperature would not go below 68 - and the curtains were closed the whole time to keep the heat out. Did not like how on the casino floor smoking was allowed everywhere. There should be smoking and non smoking sections. The temperature on the casino floor was very warm as well. Prices for food was outrageous. ...

"The hotel overall was great. Clean rooms, clean kitchen, etc. The part that really threw me off was our experience with the concierge. After checking in, the concierge approached us about a free welcome package. They started by saying we could either pick out a free activity or dining experience. We chose dining and they said they would give us a 100usd gift card. Obviously we were interested but they kept us there for over 20 minutes as they proceeded to mislead us with new information.
