"Love the location, close to some fast food and restaurants. Breakfast was basic (bagel, cereals,muffin), same food every single day, which is fine, so we had breakfast somewhere else during some other days. I like that there was a shuttle going to and from Universal. Some of the staff were not friendly at all. Out of the 6 nights we stayed there, we were greeted by the one of the staff only once. She was a younger female, so bubbly and nice. Other than that, they just ignored us, lol. Property was clean and well kept."
