"This condo was perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations. If we return to PR, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Seven Seas Beach is right across the street, which made it easy to pop over for a quick swim, a walk along the shore, or an evening sunset. The water was incredibly calm and shallow and absolutely perfect for kids. We also loved being so close to Las Croabas, Luquillo, El Yunque, and San Juan. It was the perfect home base for both relaxing and exploring the island. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. We appreciated all the extras, including the laundry machines, toys and games for the kids, a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs. It genuinely felt like everything a family might need had already been anticipated. We enjoyed both pools during our stay, and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There are lots of tropical birds around the property, which added character and were fun to watch from the patio and around the grounds. Everyone we met was friendly, and the host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Parking was easy, access was simple, and check-out expectations were clear. Bonus tip for future guests: Costa Mía, an easy walk from the condo, had our favorite mofongo of the entire trip and came to the rescue after a tiring day of travel. We made so many wonderful memories here, from morning coffee on the patio to afternoons at the beach and pool. This place made our trip unforgettable! "

Luxurious Penthouse Villa + Rooftop Terrace

"We paid more than we typically do, but it was because of the property location and amenities. We could walk to the beach, yet had gated access to park a rental car for longer trips. The terrace is a selling point and we loved it for dinners when the breeze came through. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and packing lunches to go. We took advantage of the washer and dryer half way through our trip and for the large beach towels which were provided. Truly appreciated having a rolling ice chest and beach chairs, although most of the straps had broken for carrying backpack style and the zippers were stuck. We were very close to the marina where we took a boat to Icacos. Only a few miles drive to explore El Yunque trials and waterfalls. The kiosks of Luquillo were fun and La Parilla was an excellent place for dinner. Also ate at Estacion as recommended by others. Other than that, we did our meals at the condo after shopping at nearby Pueblo market. Overall, it was a wonderful base for our first trip to Puerto Rico!"

"My wife and I found our go to place to stay when we are in Puerto Rico. The host was amazing! As well as proximity to everything we wanted to do! Most amazing beach right through the front gate. Super clean and have nothing bad to say about this property. We will definitely be staying here again very soon!! Highly recommend staying here. Thank you!!"
