The Space:

With a capacity for 4 people, the apartment has two bedrooms, one en-suite with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower. The living room is bright and cozy, featuring a TV and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. The private balcony, with a table and chairs, is the perfect spot to enjoy the panoramic view while dining outdoors.

Guests have access to indoor parking and can use the two bicycles available to explore the city. The location is excellent: just down the stairs to reach Praia da Dona Ana, and a short walk to Ponta da Piedade and Lagos' historic center.

Other Information to Consider:
This condominium community consists primarily of private residences, and we kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the peaceful environment within the premises. Please be aware that we have specific guidelines in place, including a commitment to maintaining a quiet atmosphere. We have a strict policy against noise disturbances, parties, the use of glass near the pool, pool toys, jumping into the pool, disruptions in common areas and the pool, and any form of ball games in the pool area. Additionally, we promote a family-oriented atmosphere.

In accordance with legal requirements in Portugal, all property owners are required to provide guest information to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). To ensure compliance, we will send a SEF form upon booking. Completing and returning this form before your arrival is mandatory.
