"Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the courthouse square and an easy drive to Turkey Run State Park and Indianapolis. The unit definitely had a cozy, cottage-like charm to it which certainly met all of our needs."

"Ursula was an amazing Host, plenty of property, and a beautiful home with history."

"I absolutely loved this cute little cottage! Was so perfect for my family's needs. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful, stunning place to stay that delivers all the comforts of home and is close to attractions in the area."

"Great location & thoughtful touches throughout the home. We were able to spend most of the time on the trails and come back to a peaceful home stocked with what we needed. The outdoor lounge space was well thought out and plenty of room for a family to relax. Overall, a wonderful home base for an adventure!"

"Great place and great location. Host was very responsive to questions. Getting to and from Final Four festivities downtown was a breeze. The Final Four is coming back to Indy in 3 yrs, and I will look to book this same exact location. "
