The Tray Hotel
Only thing i would suggest is to inform guests about the key policy. We were not aware of the charge for lost keys. In our country, you can ask for as many keys as you want and you dont need to return them. Thank you.

Sheraton Hai Phong
As you would expect from a Sheraton Hotel. The customer service there is second to none. Really enjoyed our stay there! Thank you.
