From this area, you can access the terrace with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and the garden, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have all the necessary amenities to prepare meals during your vacation. The main floor also includes a bathroom and a separate toilet for added convenience. Electric heating is provided throughout the villa for your comfort.

The villa offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. You'll find a washing machine and a dryer on the premises, allowing you to keep your belongings fresh and clean.
