This is a great hotel with amazing food and staff. Rooms are extremely spacious with big balconies and stunning view. Helen is a fantastic manager accommodating to our needs and providing excellent service. Highly recommended!

Disliked: Staff & service
Great location, but check-in process was stressful* I booked this property during off-season and paid over $600CAD, expecting a smooth stay. The communication with Helen beforehand was prompt, and she provided check-in instructions via email, which I appreciated since I don’t use WhatsApp while traveling. However, the self-check-in system failed on arrival. The keypad on the safe locker didn’t respond after multiple attempts, and with no 24/7 reception and no phone service on my eSIM, I had no way to contact anyone. I was left outside my booked room in a place I didn’t know, which was very stressful. Eventually the issue was resolved, but the lack of backup support for a paid, unstaffed check-in is a serious problem. For the price point, I expected either working self-check-in or guaranteed staff availability at check-in time. I’d recommend this place only if you’re confident the locker system works and you have a local phone number. The hotel should add a backup contact and test the lockers regularly.

Amazing stay, view and service

The hotel is just amazing. I loved the design and the service is very high standard. Up in a hill, 5 minutes from the centre, perfect to relax and enjoy your time in the pool. Food is very nice, the staff is very professional and helpful. The suites are very nice and spacious. The only negative issue is the view. If you stay on the first floor you could enjoy an amazing sea view....if only those olive trees were not there! But you can still enjoy a stunning view from the pool bar and the overall experience was better than I was expecting. For what you get it is a very good price (still high price compare to Croatia). Recommended for romantic and relaxing stay. There are only few suites so you dont get to see many people. Thanks to Villa Annette for our amazing stay Andrea&Andrea

Loved it

Our room was spacious, well appointed with a beautiful view. The pool also was beautiful and relaxing. The service was immpeccable and everybody really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were travelling with our 3 year old daughter and we had a fabulous experience. This would be a wonderful place to stay with or without children. We can't wait to go back.
