"We looked out at the Bluenose sailboat from our room. We had a very high four post king bed that we used the stool provided to climb into. It was a quaint room with all the necessities needed for an overnight stay. We had a delicious meal at restaurant below."

"The view of the harbour from our room was great and the location to restaurants etc was very good. On street parking was hard to find. Room was very dated which I sort of expected. Linens need to be replaced and washed more effectively and area carpet was stained and tired. Breakfast at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Room came equipped with milk and creamers in the fridge as well as real glasses and mugs instead of paper and plastic. Nice touch."

"This motel definitely doesn't look like much from the outside. In fact I asked to see the room before we actually checked in. The man at the desk sure didn't like that! But he was abrupt and unfriendly anyway. So....what a surprise when we opened the door to our room! It was as cute as a button. Small but spotlessly clean! And the bed was very comfortable. I really liked the big picture windows to the back as well as the front. A nice stay."

"The front staff gave us the wrong hours for the breakfast so that was disappointing. We missed it. The bathroom, grout and the shower needs to be cleaned. There was no water in the room however I would like to pay Sandra a huge compliment because she was in the kitchen cleaning up from after the breakfast and yet she still let us get some stuff and she’s very friendly very cordial.
