"The water pressure was very low took over 5-7 minutes for hot water the sink drained very slowly when we arrive there’s no one at the front desk when we checked out the person in the front just gave me my receipt and no thank you how was your stay was in a rush to talk to her co worker, who came in while checking out. "

"This hotel has the name “Boutique” in it, but it is NOT! It’s more like a low end Days Inn. The night staff gave me a room after saying me reservation expired. It was almost midnight, as I’d had flight delays. I’d emailed and texted Hotels.com about my delay. The room smelled of marijuana and I was told there were no more rooms and offered a refund. I wasn’t in a place to find another hotel at midnight, but said I’d take the refund and check out at 9am. The sink counter was great along with the lighted mirror, and the staff was fine, but that’s it. Room needed paint, big dent in wooden bathrm door, shower curtain hanging off and the freeway noise was too loud to be able to sleep soundly. The breakfast didn’t start until 8am, I was first to arrive. They do not serve decaf! The basics were available, waffle, eggs, yogurt & fruit, but no decaf. There was no manager on site and the morning clerk barely spoke English, but enough to tell me to go to the other building and speak to another clerk. This clerk said I could only get a refund for the second night I cancelled but she could NOT give it, only a manager could and that would be Monday. Nothing went well at this place. It was cheap but I still didn’t get what I paid for."

"The house is described and pictured accurately. It is well located in a quiet neighborhood and is readily accessible to shopping, restaurants, and the freeways. The kitchen was large, the living room had plenty of seating, the pool table was fun. The beds had soft linens and were comfortable. Each bedroom had it's own walk-in closet and hangers. We were in town for a wedding and the steamer, ironer, and ironing board came in very handy. The washer and dryer worked well. We didn't use them but the house had lots of supplies for children. The owner responded readily to questions and requests. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this VRBO."

"The updated room was very nice. I appreciated the newness of everything. The floor never seemed.like it was completely clean. The shower, while very lovely, was very slick and there was nothing to hold onto. As a senior citizen I did not want to fall. Also, when I.booked the room I did not realize that this was more of a "motel" style facility with no enclosed doors. I was disappointed that each room door opened to the parking lot. Lastly, there were, what seemed like some noisy children jumping off beds and running around late at night like after 11pm in the room directly above me."

"Beds were excellent. Sleeping conditions very quiet. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen minimally stocked but manageable.Dead roaches throughout downstairs. Ants in the kitchen cabinet. Outside grill and cooking area was very dirty and unusable. Lizzard living in grill. Owner was very responsive."
