Either Orbitz didn't communicate effectively or their system is very lacking. When arriving, I provided my orbits reservation and showed the receptionist the hotel provided email announcing my reservation. After going through all the steps the reception is asked me for payment, which had already been made through the orbits platform....

"Excelente atención de los anfitriones. Buena limpieza y una ubicación que increíble. Definitivamente regresaremos pronto. Muchas gracias"

"Clean, spacious, confortable and very close to the Airport."
