"False advertising. This hotel gave us the dingiest room compared to other rooms in the hotel. When I asked them about it, they said that some rooms are old but it was never mentioned in the website. I had asked for a transfer and was told that i should have done during the check in process. How would I know? I happened to see the other rooms hence I questioned it. We were even asked to clean our room after checking out. First time I have ever heard this from a receptionist. Poor service!!!"

"The hotel is close to a tram stop, which is very convenient. The property looks newer. Everything was clean. Our stay was for 3 people and the room was large for our needs. The breakfast was extensive."

"Very friendly staff. Excellent Restaurant: we had a wonderful dinner. Room was ok and clean. Some small damaged details (bedside light broken), but nothing really severe. Zhe room was very calm. We‘ll come again!"
