just 300 meters from the beach, a short stroll from a grocery store, local and gourmet restaurants, a renowned bakery, and close to the famous Dune du Pilat.

Set on a landscaped 1,100 m² property, the villa features several terraces bathed in sunlight or shaded by pine trees, a heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m), and a jacuzzi overlooking the pool.
Enjoy breakfast in the sun or share an aperitif at the outdoor bar.

> 💡 The pool is heated from mid-May to mid-September, depending on weather conditions.

At the back of the villa, a dedicated outdoor living space includes a pool house, a fully equipped summer kitchen — perfect for outdoor meals, aperitifs, or simply unwinding.
Amenities include: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas plancha, charcoal barbecue, and a large dining table under a covered patio.
An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after the beach or pool.

Upstairs, a bright living room with triple exposure opens directly onto the garden.
The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped (toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ovens, stovetop) and connects seamlessly with the living area and its large convivial bar.
A separate toilet completes this level.

💳 Security Deposit

A €4,200 security deposit is required for the rental.
It will be processed through the secure Swikly online platform as a pre-authorization (no debit or hold on your card).
Within 7 days after your departure, and subject to the property being returned in perfect condition, the pre-authorization will be automatically cancelled.
