The rooms are located right above the famous Osteria Da Caran in La Spezia. The building dates back to 1800 and houses one of the most famous typical Ligurian trattorias in the region. The owner offers a delightful and well equipped property with three comfortable and stylish bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1 room has ensuite bathroom and 2 room have bathrooms next to each bedroom door. Da Caran Rooms property offers 3 spacious rooms equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, wifi.

ROOM 2 Tino - large room overlooking Via Genova - the room has private bathroom next to the room door



ROOM 3 Tinetto - smaller than the other 2 bedrooms - the room ensuite bathroom.



Rollaway bed available for a third occupant in one of the bedrooms. Sheets, towels, shampoo, soap, shower cap are provided.



The living room is equipped for tea and coffee which can also be used as a space for take away drinks. It is in sharing with other guests of the property. Good to know In the common living room we have a large dining table, coffee maker, sink, refrigerator. The use of all these services is free.



Guests can also bring ready meals or pizza and farinata from the restaurant below, a real treat.



La Spezia train station and the city center are just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The bus stop is in front of the property. Parking around the property is FREE of CHARGE. Staying in this room is an excellent and non-stressful way to reach Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici at ease and save money.
