Old fashioned hotel but in a great spot, the food was decent. The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Big rooms with a great sea view. But more importantly excellent value for money.

My go-to hotel of choice whilst training in Corralejo. Amazing location on the beach, surrounded by dunes, perfect all-inclusive training food, amazing staff - everyone from the maids to waiters to reception staff - so, so friendly and helpful. AND they remember you from before...

We had an amazing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, they accommodated our room requests and gave us a bottle of fizz in the room for my partner's birthday. Great variety of foods and restaurants and beautiful location. The place could do with an update but it is adequate for a 3*.

The whole hotel needs major refurbishment. However with the threat from the local government to have the two RIU hotels demolished as they are in the National Park I very much doubt if any expense will be put into the hotel. There are three lifts in the main building severing all floors, during my stay these were not always in service. For the last two days of my stay only one lift was working, meaning many guests, old and with mobility issues had no option to wait for the one operational lift. The dining room experience was nothing but a Ruby Scrum to obtain food. Massive queues of people rushing around, it reminded of a colony of ants. Unsupervised young children trying to help themselves to food and ice cream. With the occasional smashing of crockery and food going every where. Some table servers were very attentive with water for the evening meal, some just ignored you. I appreciate with 1,400 guests things can get hectic however its up to the hotel to deal with this situation and if needs be stagger meal time allocation. So the 18.00 stampede is controlled. I do have a positive in conclusion.The hotel being on the beach is excellant

I had a fantastic stay at the Riu Hotee

The location is unbeatable – right by the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to the natural dunes. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options at every meal. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, enjoy long beach walks, or explore the island, this hotel is a perfect choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Canary Islands!

We had a great week. The location is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was varied and tasty. The hotel is dated but for what you pay it is a very good value holiday.

An excellent place to stay with the family. We had a car rented which aided access to areas outside the immediate area surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself served a good baseline of food for a family of four with different tastes. The pools and access to the beach are great. The most minor of things could have improved the hotel; water in rooms and better coffee at breakfast (the coffee in snap bars for the rest of the day is excellent). As I said, minor improvements. Would stay here again.

Not what we expected from an all inclusive. Old structure and deteriorating. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good food, not great variety. No private parking so the area is always full of beach goers.

Bit of luxury

It was the last two days of our trip, and a bit of luxury. Loved the accommodation, food was great and all your staff tried so hard to be friendly. Lovely trip thank you. Only small negatives, bed were a bit ‘firm’ for us and the lack of internet coverage really does need to be improved.

I can't fault this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The hot food was cooked fresh in front of you, and there was a wide range of options. If you needed it there is a Hyperdino supmarket a short walk away, but to be honest everything you need is on site, all day.
